LUXXO is an innovation-focused holding company founded by nine students from the Bachelor’s degree in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation (LEINN). Its mission is to create real market solutions while generating a minimum revenue of €150,000 through hands-on entrepreneurship.
As Executive President, I led the company toward its economic and strategic objectives. I managed a team of 9 people, implemented internal processes, and created the right conditions for our projects to gain traction — from problem identification and business model design to prototyping, customer acquisition, and financial viability.
In November 2023, we received the Legado Award for Innovation from Grupo Tribuna for the project Akalipe
