Forest & Back is a team-building and personal development program powered by TeamLabs, designed to foster professional growth and team cohesion through experiential learning activities.
As Team Leader, I was responsible for leading a team of 15 people to design, organize, and execute the full Forest & Back 2022 experience. The event was delivered on time and successfully engaged over 120 first-year students from the LEINN degree (Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation), helping them learn the fundamentals of leadership, entrepreneurship, and teamwork, skills essential for building their own companies and generating €150K+ in revenue over the following three years.
