The PEAC (Educational Enrichment Program for Gifted Students) is part of CREACIM, the Regional Center for Educational Enrichment for Students with High Intellectual Abilities in the Community of Madrid. It is a government-backed initiative aimed at enhancing both the intellectual and personal development of gifted youth across Spain.
Since 2024, I have mentored over 300 high-ability students in two key areas:
- Development of what I often call “social lubrication mechanisms” — practical social skills that help neurodivergent students navigate neurotypical environments and integrate effectively.
- Acquisition of entrepreneurial competencies, providing tools to foster creativity, initiative, and real-world application of their talents.
My role combines coaching, facilitation, and strategic mentorship to empower students not only intellectually but emotionally and socially.
